We have finally launched our own trading tool called Rsi Regression Channel Indicator in mql5.com.

It will show you good reversal region in trending market with best automated calculation capability to adjust based on market price movement.

In Data statistics, Regression is a approach to modelling the relationship between a scalar response (or dependent variable) and one or more explanatory variables (or independent variables). We Applied relative strenght index(rsi) values to develop regression models of various degrees in order to understand relationship between rsi and price movement.

The goal is range prediction and error reduction thus our regression channels are used to fit a predictive model to an observed Rsi data set of values of the response and explanatory variables with key reversals in price. After setting such model, the fitted line model can be used to make a key range reversal observation through standard deviation.

Various Degrees of regression included:

The degree of a polynomial is the highest degree of its monomials (individual terms) with non-zero coefficients. The degree of a term is the sum of the exponents of the variables that appear in it, and thus is a non-negative integer. For example, the polynomial 7x^{2}y^{3}+4x-9, 7x^{2}y^{3}+4x-9 which can also be expressed as 7x^{2}y^{3}+4x^{1}y^{0}-9x^{0}y^{0}, 7x^{2}y^{3}+4x^{1}y^{0}-9x^{0}y^{0} has three terms. The first term has a degree of 5 (the sum of the powers 2 and 3), the second term has a degree of 1, and the last term has a degree of 0.

Degree 0 – non-zero constant

Degree 1 – linear

Degree 2 – quadratic

Degree 3 – cubic

Degree 4 – quartic (or, if all terms have even degree, biquadratic)

Degree 5 – quintic

Degree 6 – sextic (or, less commonly, hexic)

Degree 7 – septic (or, less commonly, heptic)

Degree 8 – octic
